Expert: Kate Shepherd is a Seattle based makeup artist. She works mostly on local runway shows and photo shoots, but she also does makeup for for news channels including CNN, FOX, and MSNBC. Kate's passion for makeup and beauty spawned from when she was a little girl. She has always loved the idea of being able to change the way you look depending on where you were going or what mood you are in. These videos show techniques that she has learned so far in her makeup career, either through books or from other artists. But the best tip to always keep in mind is to HAVE FUN!
