Organic food must also be processed without ionizing radiation, food additives, antibiotics or growth hormones. Many people believe that there is no health benefit to organic food, or that the extra cost many not be worth the benefits. The great food debate rages onward though, and as people hear more and more about the possible side effects of chemicals in conventional food, organic food grows more popular every day.
