Here we go! This free video clip series is here to help get you started on your way to gold. Our expert, Jabari Pride, is a world champion track and field athlete and he is here to show you how to get a leg up on your competition. No pun intended. He will show you a series of warm ups, stretches and drills you will need to master in order to beat your competition and leave them in the dust. These drills will help you run faster, jump higher and out last and out compete your opponents. So take a look and embrace these techniques. They will help in you when you least expect it.

About the Expert

Expert: Jabari Pride started running track in 1993. The summer before entering into college at the University of Wisconsin, Jabari competed at the Junior Olympics in Baton Rouge. Jabari won the Bronze medal in the Decathlon and also placed fifth in the 400M Dash. While attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jabari attained All-American Honors in Indoor Track and Field as well as finishing in the top 3 at the Indoor and Outdoor Big 10 Championships many times. Among Jabari's Track and Field school records, his favorite would be the 600m Indoor record. When Jabari set it, he ran one of the top 3 times in NCAA history. After college, Jabari competed for a Nike sponsored Club Team and placed 4th at the US Indoor National Track and Field Champioships. This earned him a spot on the US World Championship team which competed in Budapest, Hungary in 2004.
