About the Expert

Barry Payne is a management consultant specializing in the behavioral aspects of management. He has worked in sales, marketing, personnel and planning roles in a number of multinational companies. As Director of Human Resources in the International HQ of Xerox Corporation, he initiated research into sales and negotiating, much of which is now widely used throughout Europe and the United States. In 1978, he established his own consulting company, Management Training International Ltd. With associates in Europe, USA and the Far East, MTI provides clients with consulting and training in: marketing, management, team building and sales.
