Summary: Tae Kwon Do is known for its kicking techniques that separate it from other martial arts. Tae Kwon Do masters know that the leg is the longest and strongest weapon that the human body has and uses it to its full potential. Tae kwon do students experience anerobic, aerobic workouts, self defense techniques, discipline, ideas and theories of the martial art, sparring, patterns, breaking, and relaxation techniques.

In this series of advanced Tae Kwon Do videos, begin your practice with a reverse hook turning kick as demonstrated by our expert. Complicate your attack with combination kicks, and combination front snap kicks. You’ll be able to perform a combination crescent kick and a double side piercing kick after watching these expert videos. Other piercing kicks such as the back piercing kick are used in combination with the slide back kicks to stun attackers. Learn hand combinations to defend yourself and jab reverse punches to evade a mid-air back kick. These advanced Tae Kwon Do moves will definitely give you an advantage over your opponent.
