Developing Effective Salon Staff Meetings

Christi Maroney is in charge of internal marketing (creating flying, post cards, promotional materials, and website management for each Sarty Mountain, Inc. location), external marketing ( coordinating and executing all radio and print advertising, public relations, and recruiting material), handling all sales calls from outside vendors, implementing an annual marketing plan for recurring events, time and resource management, and acting as the community liaison for Sarty Mountain, Inc. and its staff. Christi responsible for assisting the operations and location managers as requested, helping promote and obtain staff and company goals, driving company goals and strategies, and providing team building activities and material to the team.
