About the Expert
Mark Westling is the owner of All Brands Copiers. He started his career as an entry-level copier technician in 1976, shortly after graduating high school; back then they used to say “you could shave an ape and teach it to fix copiers.” He worked for several different dealerships in and around Salt Lake City, Utah for the next 12 years, including a 6 year stint with Lanier Worldwide, where he was a journeyman technician covering the entire south end of the state. In 2000, after the world remained intact after y2k, he was offered a position running a small branch office in Phoenix for Copydoc inc. He purchased the Phoenix business from them in 2005. Mark completed over 25 copier certifications on many brands of copiers, including Ricoh, Savin, Panasonic, Toshiba, Lanier, Canon, Mita (Kyocera), Minolta, and Konica. He learned about fax machines as the technology first burst on the scene in the 1980s.
