Summary: So many things in life cause stress. From a rough day at work, to the kids bouncing off the walls, we are bombarded with daily stressors. Stress is inevitable. The key is to learn how to manage stress. People have learned many different techniques to negate the effects of stress. From listening to music, to getting enough sleep at night there are many things that can be done to help alleviate stressful tension. Exercise is also a great way to manage stress. It has been found to be effective in relieving stress and even combating depression. An exercise that can be enjoyable for many and helps greatly with stress is yoga.
In this video series, follow along with our expert as she takes us through many different yoga poses aimed at stress relief. These exercises will have you stretching and loosening those muscles allowing the tension to melt away. Focusing on breathing will also help to relieve stress and bring the individual to a point of relaxation.
