About the Expert

Expert: Manny Castro received his BS in Health Education/ Exercise Physiology and Athletic Training from Florida International University, and completed several internships in cardiac rehab, and strength and conditioning in both an athletic and hospital setting.

Manny is able to provide coaching in multiple specialties, including weight management, sports training, and exercise for special populations.

Manny is the former owner of HeartsFit, Inc. which was dedicated to the improvement and maintenance of health through fitness initiatives. Within HeartsFit Manny educated and trained many elders, athletes, and a variety of populations.

Most Recently, Manny managed a fitness program in a corporate setting for more than 3 years.
