Shannon Kniep has worked in the construction industry for twenty years, having begun with his father doing residential remodels. Later, he received his general contractor's license, and formed Rigid Constructors, which specializes in home additions, home improvements and custom home building, along with some light commercial projects. He studied architecture and building codes in college, then obtained his real estate license in order to sell sell both residential and commercial properties.
