What supplies are needed for beekeeping?

Many supplies are needed while beekeeping including a bee suit, bee box, foundations, a smoker, helmet and gloves.

Many! Obviously, you need a bee box. You need frames to go inside to hold the bees wax. We put foundation (a flat piece of wax to show the bees were to draw out the comb) in our boxes. You would probably

need a smoker, a helmet, a bee suit and bee gloves for protection. You need a hive tool to manipulate the boxes and break them loose. Then in the end obviously you need an extractor to remove the honey from the frames and pails and buckets, not to mention a hot knife to cut the top of the bee comb so the honey can get out.
