Wear something that you could sleep in. I think a lot of people are really put off by what they see in the magazines out there because all of us are a little round at times and they don’t want to wear spandex. I like elastic waists. What I usually tell people is elastic waist and something that you feel you can really expand your abdomen in and your diaphragm in and something that you’d feel comfortable in to be on the floor. It isn’t as important to me [to see the shape and form of the body] as that person is there and comfortable in what they’re wearing. The other thing depends on how hot that person gets. Some people are prone to getting really hot, and I’ll say if you get hot easily, you may want to wear short sleeves or sleeveless and shorts, but if you tend to get cold in an air conditioned room then you might want to wear something long and bring something with you to cover up with, bring an extra sweatshirt or something like that. So its really important that you’re comfortable with the temperature in the room and when you’re teaching a class that temperature is going be an average, for me at least, so there’s always going to be somebody that’s cold and there’s always going to be somebody that’s hot.
