Are arms involved in belly dancing?

Ifnormiaotn on the different body parts that are involved in belly dancing.

That's the hardest part for me to teach and that's the worst part I see on most dancers. The arms have to be addressed and they usually aren't unfortunately because it's coming from the upper arm, the triceps.

The upper arm, instead of flailing and using the forearm, it's working the muscle and timing. Arms are difficult. I think the arms are probably the most difficult part to learn especially in conjunction with the fingers.
