Lots and lots of exercise is the best way to create six pack abs. The six packs are just a definition of the muscle and the abdominal muscles are very hard to tone because that’s where we carry the majority of our fat, especially women. So, it’s very hard to burn the fat off and then you have to really work those abdominal muscles. Overall, you target one area to tone it, but if you’ve got above normal body fat throughout the rest of your body you're never going to get a six pack. So you have to burn your body fat to within the normal range and then really concentrate on toning those muscles.
