Can all women wear high heel shoes?

Tips for women on wearing high heel shoes.

Number one, I think you have to factor in safety and comfort. For example, teeny little shoes with heels that are very, very hard to walk in and that will crack ice, they are hard to wear. I do not think a tall woman should always have to wear flats. I think if she does, it almost emphasizes her tallness. Sometimes in a perfectly flat shoe, a woman will look like she is standing in a hole. So I personally like a little bit of lift. It can be a teeny little lift but it gives a nice silhouette. Right now flats are very in vogue. You always have to balance between what is in fashion and what is most flattering. A petite woman is always better with a medium to low heel. I put them in some type of heel in order to elongate their silhouette.
