How do I find a dance class?

First, your music interest will play a big factor in your choice, but so will your ability of movement. You may want to step into beginning class rather than a regular dance class. It’s a good idea to find a dance studio your the area so you can observe a class if they’ll allow it. Once you have found the level of class that makes you comfortable, talk to the teacher to tell them where you are coming from, and see what they think. I think the best advice is to just jump into it. Jump into a beginner level dance class, because it’s one thing to watch a class and say, “I can do that,” but it’s another to actually do it.
