I would say a workout schedule of three days of aerobic activity and a couple of days of resistive training each week. The resistive training can be a lot of different things such as weight training with either Cidex equipment or free weights. People thinking lifting weights means that it is going to build muscle. Weight training depends on how much weight you are lifting, how many repetitions you are doing and how many steps you have in your regimen. It takes a while to get people reeducated. Lifting weights does not mean you are going to turn into Arnold Schwarzenegger.
