it but that's the basic idea. Usually there are different stones placed in certain areas and most of the practitioners massage with the stones; using stones instead of their hands. Nothing is different about hot stone massage compared to the regular massage other than, the hot stones are used. The same draping is used, the same oils are used. The heat helps the muscle to relax more quickly. That is the biggest benefit.
