What is an endless pool?

An endless pool is a swimming machine with adjustable currents.

We make swimming machines or swim spas. We call the swimming machine an Endless Pool. It is a machine where you can swim in place against an adjustable current of water. A conventional pool just has still water appropriate for jumping in and relaxing and cooling off, and an Endless Pool is a pool quite small in space where you can swim and play. There is a current like a river that you can turn on or off, and you swim in place while the water moves. You get all the benefits of a swimming pool, but in a very, very small space.


You can put it inside your home. Eighty percent of our pools are put indoors. One of the advantages of a swimming machine is that you can put it into a very small backyard.

About half are using it for exercise and half are using it for rehab. Conventional pools mostly are just used to cool down.
